I have seen many reviews on here of current and/or past employees complaining about the PCA minimum standard and how unfair it is and how quickly you're fired if you don't make it and I would just like to say, I personally think Zoom Tan is very fair in their minimum sales standard and their "sales review" process. It's all about how much fun you have, how much you care about your clientele and how hard you work! I've been in the $6 PCA range for a while now. And I can personally tell you, that PCA is 100% obtainable as long as you are motivated! And that bonus money is wonderful!! Definitely makes you feel good and strive higher, motivating yourself to make that money!!! I personally have no problem maintaining that $5 PCA. ![]() You are paid commission for everything you sell as long as you make your sales quota of a $5.00 PCA by the end of the pay period (which is every 2 weeks). Same goes with all Salon Management positions. All salon associates are paid the SAME hourly wage so there is NO favoritism. Long story short, leaving Zoom Tan was a huge mistake and I am so grateful to have the chance to be back employed with Zoom Tan, now as Salon Manager! I have never worked for a company that truly appreciates their employees as much as this company does. I was employed with them before just as an associate and left, thinking I was taking a better job opportunity. ![]() This is my second round here with Zoom Tan.
